Layers of buttery kataifi (shredded pastry) bring a golden crunch to a silky hazelnut crème inspired by Bueno®, all wrapped in our premium milk chocolate for a luxe snap and melt-in-the-mouth finish.

Ingredients

Couverture chocolate (cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar, milk solids, emulsifier [soy lecithin], natural vanilla), kataifi pastry (wheat flour, water, butter or vegetable oil), hazelnut crème (hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa butter), wafer crumbs, sea salt. May vary slightly with seasonal batches.

Allergens

Contains gluten (wheat), tree nuts (hazelnut), dairy, soy. Made in a commercial kitchen that also handles peanuts and other tree nuts.

Size/weight

Approx. 200 g per bar (handmade—shape & weight may vary).

Storage & shelf life

Store in a cool, dry place (15–20 °C), away from heat and sunlight. Best within 8 weeks. Serve at room temperature for peak flavour and texture.
